A huge thank you to SIS Pitches for raising £1,477 by taking on the Via Ferrata Xtreme challenge. The team set off on their challenge on Friday 10th May where they scrambled and climbed across Honister Cragg while securely harnesses to a cable for safety.
Chloe Todhunter from SIS Pitches says “The Via Feratta was a really unique and special experience; it provided us the opportunity to team build and in the process we all overcame our own personal challenges and it left us all with a great sense of accomplishment. Completing it as a sponsored event is a great way to raise money for Hospice at Home West Cumbria”.
We are extremely proud of the total amount raised for an incredibly vital local charity. Whilst also spreading the word to make others aware of who Hospice at Home West Cumbria is and what they do.
