You can walk, run or jog a mile with Gary Mckee and Beau to show your support for the 100toLDN challenge.

How to take part

Take part with friends and family, and support Gary, Beau and Hospice At Home West Cumbria.

Taking part is free, but a donation to the 100TOLDN goal is appreciated. All you need to do is turn up to the Copeland Athletics Stadium at 9am and register your name to take part.
