Would you like to become our Reception volunteer?

We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to be the first point of contact at our Treatment, Resource and Information Centre and to provide information on all the HHWC services.

 Are you somebody with:
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Customer service and administration experience
  • Use of IT including Microsoft Office (training can be provided if required to update skills.)

Volunteer rota system of 3.5 hour shifts per day. Numbers and days of shifts to be agreed between volunteer and Line Manager.
