From the 20th to the 27th March we are  proud to promote National Complementary Therapy week.

Offering clients a bespoke treatment is central to what we do. It’s part of the skill. The weaving of threads of techniques and approaches learned over years.

Often, the foundation of this ‘bespoking’, the key ingredients if you would, are reflexology and reiki. Our bread and butter. However, it’s not. What arises is more akin to bread and butter pudding. Rather than the butter being placed on the bread, coming after it as a separate entity, it is melted into to it. Melded into it. The two become one, inseparable. And just like the pudding, there are of course additional ingredients that enhance the impact, the flavour. These can, indeed must vary according to need. Gentle breath work, visualisation, using textures, sounds, aroma, tone of voice, progressive muscle relaxation are just some that may be incorporated into the mix.

Later in 2022 we will be introducing aromasticks into this offer too, and more information will follow closer to the time.

And as we say given the occasional scepticism around this work, “…the proof of the pudding is in the eating”: our clients come back for seconds and thirds.
