We would like to say a huge thank you to Copeland Community Fund who have recently awarded us £59,424 apart of their 3-year pledge to support us.
In October 2020, the Copeland Community Fund made a 3-year pledge to support our Family and Bereavement Services and Complementary Therapy service for people living with a life limiting illness in Copeland.
The exceptional award of £121,000 means we are able to provide anticipatory grief, emotional wellbeing and bereavement support for patients and their families who are going through the toughest of times. We have received £59,424 to date and their generous commitment gives us confidence to plan services and allows us to focus fundraising activities on other aspects of our work.
Ellie Mcmillan, Communications Co-ordinator said, “We are extremely grateful to the Copeland Community Fund for their ongoing support. This will help us continue to care for the people of West Cumbria when they need it the most”.
