40 days 40 items challengeWe love this idea!? Instead of giving up something for Lent this year why not try the 40 days – 40 items challenge? Each day remove one item from your home that you don’t use anymore and place it in a bag. At the end of Lent, donate your pre-loved items to our charity shops so we can raise funds to support patients who have life limiting illness and their families in West Cumbria by providing home nursing, emotional support, complementary therapies and lymphoedema care to those who need us ? Are you up for the challenge?

Things we’d love to receive:

  • Ornaments, plates, bowls, cutlery, vases, kitchenware, glasses and picture frames are also sought after housewares.
