We’ve got limited places for this year’s Great North Run! The event takes place on Sunday 10 September and the route is 13.1miles. Runners start in Newcastle, pass over the iconic Tyne Bridge and end up at coastal South Shields.
Did you know? Over one million people have taken part in the race since its launch in 1981 (including Hospice at Home’s Community Fundraising Coordinator, Gemma Bell!) Why don’t you become part of it?
Whether you are a regular marathon runner, a first timer or somewhere in between – we’d love to hear from you. Complete a personal challenge AND raise money for your local hospice? We think that definitely deserves a medal.
Please note: It costs £65 to secure your place and we request a minimum of £250 sponsorship. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
